Hersonissos is located in one of the most beautiful areas of northern Crete, 25 kilometers east of the city of Heraklio. The villages Hersonissos, Piskopiano, Koutouloufari
These three beautiful traditional villages are situated upon the hill, just 500 meters away from our hotel and offer visitors a really special experience. There you will have the chance to walk through narrow stone-paved alleys, you will see the old whitewashed houses with their yards full of flowers and the smell of jasmine taking you back in time.
You will find shops with nice souvenirs of the local history, traditional cafes so as to drink Greek coffee prepared on ember, you will find a terrace full of bougainvillea and you will enjoy authentic Cretan cuisine with the beautiful breathtaking view over the bay.
